Step-by-Step: How our fundraiser works

1. Place your candle order

Get in touch and we’ll help you plan your fundraiser. We’ll assist you in choosing the right number of candles to help meet your fundraising goal, given your objectives and group size. Delivery is free and usually takes a week or so depending on demand. Remember, you pay nothing upfront, you pay later with the proceeds from your candle sales.

If your group has a logo, send it to us and we’ll put it on the box for free! Having your group’s logo on the box gives your candle sale fundraiser a more branded look, enhances your group’s engagement and reinforces just your cause when selling.

You decide the price for which you sell your candles. Our recommended price range is £15-20, however, since you are raising money for a good cause, they often sell for more! Naturally, the more you sell them for, the more money your group will raise. Set a selling period for your fundraiser, we suggest a focused two-week period. 3. Pay or return

We will send you an invoice for delivered candles (adjusted for any returns) which is due for payment 28 days after delivery. Unsold candles? No problem. Just let us know how many you’d like to return. We’ll arrange a courier collection at no extra cost to you and adjust your invoice accordingly. We will send you an invoice for the candles delivered to you which is payable 21 days after delivery. Unsold candles? No problem. Let us know how many you wish to return and we will adjust your invoice accordingly and also deduct the cost for their return.
